Imabari city in Ehime prefecture has been Japan’s leader in towel production for over 120 years.
Ehime is known for its water; both mild water perfect for dyeing towels, and onsen water that makes for a perfect hot spring.
Real Imabari towels are marked with the red, white, and blue seal issued by the Shikoku Towel Industry Association as a guarantee of high-quality.
Receiving the certification means that each towel must pass a rigorous 12-point test.

IORI Imabari Tao Bamboo Towels are 63% cotton and 37% bamboo rayon.
This towel towel comes in 3 sizes. The bath towel is 130 x 70 cm and weighs about 400g. The face towel is 85 x 34 cm and weighs about 150g. The wash towel is 35 x 34 cm and weighs about 85g.
Available in navy, light blue, pink, brick, and yellow.

Care Guide
IORI towels are authentic Imabari towels. They are durable to survive countless times through the washing machine without fading or falling apart. Fabric softener is not needed as the towels are naturally soft.
